Granny's gone and done it again

Having a hard time again with my woozy. It's pretty bad. Had kids over yesterday to say goodbye. My head was bad, thinking the stress of them leaving..They sold their home, that they built 6 years ago, to move to Mexico to help orphanage children. Starting a school too. He's my second child. Such a good family.

Great. I slept much of the day, lol. I just couldn't seem to wake up till about 4:30, it felt so good! But then the dogs insisted I go feed the chickens (they like the worms!). It had cooled off a bit by then. I think it got up to 92 today, whew! :th
I think July will be absurdly hot.

Pain is my constant companion these days. Monday i go to the dentist for a mouth guard fitting so i don't clamp my jaws and grind teeth while sleeping. I sure hope it helps. Soft diet gets old fast.
On the good news side, i sold a baby goat today. She plans to bottle feed. Good luck to her with that. I told her to call if she has questions.

Busy day. Have been trying to save an old hen for the past few days. Not really sure what's wrong other than her age, 10 yrs. She eats just enough to give me hope.
Then Pi was coughing and spitting up all afternoon. I think he snarfed something (foxtail) up his nose a couple days ago, and it worked it's way through and stuck in the back of his throat. He's better now. Made him chicken and rice for dinner and that seems to have settled his stomach. Thank goodness.
And #1 found an unwanted visitor right outside, in Pi's part of yard. Very lucky I had him inside to monitor the barfing.

Just a baby, but Pi probably would have gotten bit because everything is a toy to him... although, he was leery of the toad last night, so maybe he'd keep away from a rattler. Maybe.
Yikes. It’s that time of year again isn’t it

Oof! What did you do with it? Pretty markings, do you know what kind it is? My brother's dog used to get bit on the regilar. They used to take him to the vet but it was expensive so they finally said heck with it, if he dies he deserves it. He kept getting bit and recovering, never did learn to leave them alone. Rott cross, stubborn old thing.
She looks really good.
She does indeed.
