Thanks, it is! These loaves are enormous, bigger than bowling balls by a good bit. I probably should have made four loaves. They are crispy crunchy on the outside especially on the bottoms. I can barely cut through the bottom crusts, lol. But they are sooo good!

she is only doing 4 hrs a day right now and has a lot of pain but their going to try her on some meds that slows the progression and hope it helps
