Granny's gone and done it again

I brought Roberts wagon here from detroit and used the hell out of it til it broke about 2 months ago. Kevin was using it. So it lasted about 28 yrs.
Took my Cooper to the vet to get his shots. Also to check and see if he needed teeth cleaned, he's 5. Teeth are good intill next year. Also, strangest thing. We've been a bit worried about a bump on him. It got big. We knew it wasn't a tag, wart, or lipoma. He didn't scratch at it or cry when when we touched it. Ok...I did not know dogs could get..pimples! A cyst..yes. I would post a photo, yes I took one and sent it to my son that gas been worried over it, but, it isn't very pleasant. 🤪 Nice to pet him now without that there.
those are yucky but glad it wasnt something else.

Sad day here, had our Gracie put down this morning. We've seen this day coming but it kind of sneaked up on us. She'd been having trouble getting up the stairs from our bedroom in the basement so I took her to the vet Friday. He gave us some pain pills and anti-inflammatories to manage the arthritis in her hips but she got much worse over the weekend and stumbled going up a couple times and would have fallen if I hadn't been right behind her to catch and support her. She stopped going downstairs during the day which was her favorite place to be and this morning she really didn't want to come up at all, so I knew it was time. She's been a good little farm dog, fearless and loyal and we're going to miss her. It's a comfort to me to know that we did the right thing for her and she's not in pain any more.

Oh Blue, I'm so sorry. It's one of the hardest things. So pretty. My Gracie is the one I'm worried about too. The last two days she was just sitting and crying..then laying down and crying. But today..she's better. I'll be thinking..oh oh..it's time, then she acts better. She shivers every morning until I get her pain pills into her. :(
