They manage the crowds pretty well, it isn't chaotic. I don't like crowds either and expected to hate it and have panic attacks but I actually enjoyed it. You will, too! Sounds like you are going to have an AMAZING summer! Looking forward to pics. Enjoy!
Sounds like you had an "exciting day", not pleasant though.Took my GirlChild to the ER today. Hyperextended her knee again. ... might be the other knee, actually. I have never heard anyone scream like that before. She was in her room next to the living room, where I was, in my recliner. I levitated out of my chair and was across the room in two leaps! Took the ambulance almost 45 minutes to get to us. Our local one was on another call so we had to wait for one from the other side of the county, and stoopid google maps got them lost. They finally found us though. She is in a leg immobilizer and on pain meds and I am beat from looking after her all day. Been a long time since I was a care giver, lol. Don't know how she is going to finish this school term if she can't drive ... guess I will be driving her for a while. Lol, you never know when life is gonna throw you a curve ball, do ya?
Not at all what I had planned, for sure. Need to take cat to vet for a cortisone shot. Will take her tomorrow, drop her at vet's on way to Child's dr., pick her up afterward. Good news, no bones broken. Kneecap may be dislocated. Have no idea what any of this means in terms of therapy, guess we will see. Poor kid, though! She is trying so hard to get her hs diploma and she keeps hitting these major obstacles. She is determined, though. Maybe they will let her continue on line.
