Trying to decide if I need a couple of stitches on my finger. I got it pretty good trying to keep the dogs from getting out as company came up to the door. I don't even know what part if the door got it. Boy, our skin gets thinner in old age. Rips pretty easy. :/

I’ve heard too, they are all likely dead…unfortunately Their submarine imploded. Apparently there were 5 billionaires on board including the CEO of the company that made the sub. It was risky from the start honestly. I heard they were locked in it; the submarine could only be opened from the outside.

6 to 8 hrs. It seems to be doing OK. I change it if it gets wet under the bandage, which it was because hey, I use water a lot. I bought some waterproof tape to put around the bandage. Helps..and it's stiff so I can't bend it as well. I needed to stop bending it, kept bleeding.

It happened so fast..quick..they didn't feel a thing. That's better than freezing and gasping for air until death. Hard on families.

I like Daisy. She has the face of a dog with a sense of humor. I wish I could meet her. And I like it that Goose likes her.

Humm. Somebody here, one of you guys, gave me a link to AKC Marketplace. I put in that I was looking for a Golden retriever within 100 miles. I got seven hits, I think. This breeder had some puppies, but only 2 males, 5 months old. I hesitated, said I'd prefer a female but I didn't mind an older one as I am a bit old to housetrain a puppy. She suggested this 2 yo, as she also breeds Shelties and is getting out of Goldens due to her own age. She is not a puppy mill. She has an amazing facility and has show dogs. We are trying Jenny out and have till Monday to decide. She is sweet but shy. But I think she will work out. She is bonding to me.

She is an absolute annoying derp lol. She’s very unconscious of her body and space and will constantly step on you/trip you up/etc.

The stages of waking up this morning. Side eye. I’m not in the bed but wake up. Of course goose is allowed on the furniture lol. Trying to keep Daisy to the rules her folks have but…I’ve caught her on the couch when I’ve come home. Oops.
