I've had a bad day. My head isn't behaving. I might have to up medication.

My new dog has been a blessing to me. I was taking her out on leash until recently, so that meant getting up earlier, and walking around the house several times a day, which is good for me. We aren't fenced and she at first wasn't coming to me reliably. NOW, however, she is Velcro dog! so I have taught her to use the pet doors. She still wants me to go out with her, though, so I'm still getting the exercise and am getting stronger bc of it.

Yes. Even those Hard Core like the Hollywood stars use. Long time ago for those. I saw the danger and tossed them. Just some nights nothing works now. Anyway I made it through another night and must go out and pay my respects to all the good girls and boys and even a few unruly ones.
