Morning all, been up since 6. bladder of course woke me.

I had never heard of the crystals in the ears until recently. After Meclizine didn't help doc sent me to PT and a few whacks by the therapist put everything back the way it was supposed to be. I learned something new. I was skeptical until it was explained to me what he was doing.

The epley is easy to do at home..not sure of .. whacks?

Thank you Pert. Trying to remember what the word rambunctious means..or the feeling of being rambunctious. I am being careful for sure. I only have a bit of watering to do..baskets. Need to go pick a couple of zucchini. Going to be 103 out there today. Kids will be home around 8..or 9 tonight.

There's fireworks going off at the high school I think, has to be there. They're non stop. Lots. For our Fiesta Days. Too hot for me to go to the booths. I used to love going. Kids will go to the parade on Monday.

They must be smoked or cooked some way. Cooked bones are more likely to splinter, especially long bones like a femur. H2o will have thoughts, but I would be leery. Only gave raw bones in the past.

Yes, only raw. And then..they can also cause problems. I was going to a butcher buying raw bones for my Golden. I watched him while he had it. Did well for most of the year, the one day I picked up a piece he left on the ground..thank goodness! Picture a half of of a very sharpened pencil..very pointy. That piece could have split his gut all the way down as it traveled down. I stopped giving raw bones. I won't even give them the small round bone. Big hard biscuits, even though my dogs are small. Vita Bone has a lot of vitamins in them. I cook hamburger for my pups.

The whack was the turning motion brought to a sudden stop that jars the crystals back into place. He told me the name of the DR that developed the procedure but I don't remember it. Have a blessed day everyone. I'm gonna be resting most of the day. Had some rain this morning and more moving in now. The fryer group of chickens are roaming around after bugs and what ever else suits there fancy on their own. They don't need my help. The rest are being detained today due to the very severe weather that we expect in an hour or so. Having a fish sandwich with tomato for lunch today along with a big glass of southern champagne.
