We stir fry a lot of cabbage with kielbasa, onion, carrots, etc.

Another maybe weird dish to some is to stir fry sweet potatoes with ham and pineapple. That will tickle your fancy.

That rainbow chard just might make a really nice stir fry with chicken.

No..had to look..

Yes.

It should grow in the winter here. Collards grow almost year round. All winter long here.

I plantd a couple of different plants. Had a friend that like to eat it straight from the plant..not me. Steamed it. Thinking stir fry sounds yummy.

Those are really pretty. I've never eaten chard either. Have never seen these in the store.
