Good. A former neighbor literally exploded... Had to wear a bag for sometime.

I have tons of family members that did the same or close to it and they wore bags too Dad, sisters, GM on moms side. aunts and uncles. Its pretty scary. Both my children have crohns.

I use Senna every night. Not painful like many laxatives. I take one to three pills a night depending on how much roughage i ate.

I am hydrated with Gatorade zero sugar. Nap coming up. Can't hold my eyes open. Got a lot done this morning. The new processing center for fryers and broilers and big fat stewing hens and roosters is complete.

I got my roughage today. 7 dried apricots. After lunch a nap is a must do today. Yesterday I didn't get one and I am not going to miss one today.
