recipe? Please

My nephew brought the recipe from a video he watched on youtube. From my memory we used:
3 cups boiled mashed potatoes
6 cups whole wheat flour
4 large eggs
1 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup melted butter
4 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 packet of yeast
1.5 tsp cinnamon

Mix all the ingredients and let the dough rise in the bowl for an hour.
Take a ball of the dough and flatten to one half an inch and use your choice of cutter to cut to shape.
Heat the oil to 350 degrees and fry them until pleasingly brown.
We used organic cane sugar mixed with cinnamon as a coating for the donuts, it's not really needed, but it was my nephew's project and I was helping.

Last day in Japan is tomorrow…supposedly. I submitted my schedule change form in today. Hopefully that fixes soon. Japan has been fun. I got to come here with my grandma who i haven’t seen for 5, 6? years. Lots of walking and sightseeing for sure. Kind of been missing Kiki on and off these past few weeks. But at the same time I’m dreading school so it’s really just a sloppy love-hate relationship lol. I haven’t been as active lately…I hope everyone is doing OKAY. Cap, good luck with your goat. Oh and I’m not sure why it never posted but that fish vase you are working on is beautifully made. Can’t wait to see it done!

Oh and btw, I will do a photo dump soon, maybe tmrw. Got lots of cool Japan pics today. We went to this conservation park of some sorts.
