When that happens to me I either read something on my phone or just start praying for everybody I can think of. Eventually I usually do fall asleep again, and dven if I don't I feel that at least I am resting.

You sound like me. 4:30 in the morning and I'm still awake. Talked to the Lord a lot about my kids. I understand what Granny is saying about worrying about the kids.
