Sorry, I hit Post a couple times cuz my internet locked up.
How’s everyone doing? I’m adjusting to the colder weather pretty well.
Look, I made naan today! It's good!
Colder weather? Where? When? It was about 60 at 6 am this morning when I walked my dog, but 80 by this afternoon...
Got oxygen on here very fast.
Glad to get back home. Going to hold a chicken lottery. 12 lucky winners in the rooster coop get an all expense paid trip to freezer camp tomorrow.
I got a little carried away today. Besides the naan I also made two whole wheat SD pizza crusts. We ate one for dinner and I put the other in the freezer for another day. And I also started a sourdough bread recipe, which I will bake in the morning in a couple of Dutch ovens. Had a great day, lots of energy, but I'm kinda beat now, though!
And it's a nudist camp too, right?
