Granny's gone and done it again

The current date for the ride to camp for Sunny is this Sat. Plan on shooting her in the pasture and then hauling her down to the chicken coop/run before skinning and gutting her. Then split her in and then quarters before hauling her into town to hang in the garage for about 4 to 7 days

Will that breed of cattle stand heat?

Hubby ate chili today. I had to stay upwind from him when we were unloading wood.

yes um, same thing I do with any deer I shoot. the meat band saw and tables and what not are all in there. Same place we have always done the pigs as well.

as long as they have shade and/or a pond they can wade in or at least stand in.

I have all that but think I had better be happy with some meat goats to clear out some wooded area with all kinds of brush and vines on it.

well Mike managed to break the hydrolic cylinder on the grapple for the bobcat last weekend. So picked that us yesterday and to the repair shop. Then had to pick it up this afternoon and take it back out to "wreck it" mike.

My brother and nephew will be here this friday and and staying until next Sunday I beleive.
