She sure got well fast

From the covid? Yeah. The paxlovid had her in pretty good shape in just a few days. Her dr gave her a note to go back to work in 4 days.

Well it is like chicken alfredo only with steak cut up on top in strips instead of chicken, and they sprinkled a little bleu cheese over the top. The meat was not that good, it had a lot of connective tissue in it and was kind of tough for me and chewy. But I brought it home, cut it into smaller pieces snd seared it in hot oil. It was delicious.

Ive never tried blu cheese. Dont sound good but the rest of it does.

No. Pain. Weather changing. Left leg around my left knee that is shot. Needs replacing. Meds are not helping anymore.

Darn, Larry, that's no bueno! Sorry to hear. Makes no sense that we outlive our body parts.

Costco already has them for sale.

I'm sure they do and we have a membership but they are 170 mile round trip from us. We can bake one for less. We get up there about once every 3 months and get hearing aid supplies and some staples we buy in bulk. Love to shop there for sure.

Dinner and dessert at Dairy Queen for our last night in coos bay lol. I’ve been wanting a strawberry sundae and kept being thwarted. So I kinda demanded. We’re hooked up, bronco isn’t loaded up but we’ll do that in the morning. Roll out to his dad’s place for the night and then continue on. Can’t believe how hot it is in Cali. Oof. Apparently supposed to be 95 in Sacramento tomorrow?? Ugh!

Waiting for a call from a lender just to discuss options. Also waiting from a call back from Oregon realtor and Cali realtor knows our plots, we’ll be setting up a meeting with them when we’re back in town.
