Im not sure we are going to make it til the 3rd here this month. My kitchen is pretty bare. I wont have enough coffee or creamer for sure. Robert is in a flair from eating things he shouldnt. Im a little worried.

I've cut way back on my carbs. I had more carbs than I should have tonight at supper. Chili Mac made with bow tie pasta instead of macaroni. Trying to limit pasta and sweets. Same with rice and potatoes.

I didn't take time for coffee this morning. I will in the morning. Need more caffeine that my iced tea has. I have had one glass of Mountain Dew in the last l month. It got axed early expecting a bad A1C report.

Mountain dew has more sugar then any of the other sodas
