Granny's gone and done it again

I was told college was to make you well rounded. I can stay well rounded after a meal like we hand tonight..

My dinner sucked. I had a hot dog from those frozen meals. Tom had PB&J sandwiches. But, I made a pear cobbler which was good and easy to fix.

Stopped at the Ruby Tuesday's in Festus for dinner. Waited about half an hour for our meal. I was looking forward to a mushroom-Swiss-onion smashburger, hold the bun. I was served two skinny meat patties with Swiss cheese in between with three large chunks of red onion on top. Dude! Where's my portabellas and caramelized onions? The cook needs to read the menu! DH ordered pot roast. He got a big chunk of meat swimming in a bowl of brown broth, corn and peas. He said there was mashed potatoes at the bottom of the bowl, yes, bowl. Not a carrot in sight. At least the waitress was awesome!

Ruby Tuesday has made the news for being in financial difficulties... along with 14 other name brand restaurants.

I hadn't heard. We usually do okay eating here. I usually have salmon, had not ordered this particular dish before.

I think Robert has been eating the wrong diet and has thrown himself into a crohns flair. He is in pain . I need to call his dr. tomorrow.
