I got to stay up til 11 for last round of meds. Not happy about that. I'm ready now for my pillow. If I don't stay up and take them I'll wake up in a couple of hours any way.

I'm going to spend the day with my chickens. They will not complain about how dry the turkey is again this year.

I've got to get up and lubricate some joints again. Think I'll go out on the porch and visit the pets roosting on a rail. One of the pullets makes night night hugs for me. She is one special little girl. Her hubby looks on in disgust.

Turkey doesn't need to be dry. My nephew does it and it's as moist as necessary to chew it properly. Maybe you oughta use some of that southern style bbq sauce.

We brine ours. Helps alot
