Granny's gone and done it again

Oh boy. All of the Christmas goodies are out. Have to ask if I'm the only one that like the sausage they put out...and...of course I have to have my special mustard. Is this mustard a western like, or does the mid west, South and others like it?

Grey Poupon is the only mustard I can eat. Yellow is way too sharp, burns my mouth. But I can no longer claim a district, lol. Grew up in Denver (midwest?) to early 20's. Raised kids for 25 years in NM (SW). Am now in SE MO, Heartland, also considered Midwest I guess.

You will have your hands full. I told my DH no hatching until he is back on his feet.
Have help that is building them a coop and run next week for the ones now and for more to come. 3 coops and 3 runs and a pet coop on legs 4' off the ground. Materials on site. Weather is finally looking good. Not to hot, Not to cold, Just right. :)

I only have 7 American Bresse pullets and will be hens Dec 5 and want 12 and they are hard to buy now. That's what I setting and may only get 12 to hatch and of those 5 really good ones. No more 50 hen layer coops. Enough of each breed to collect 48 eggs in 6 days. Need 41 to set. Depending on breed 10-14 hens per coop gets the job done. 10 Breeds. That's way downsized from what I'm dealing with now.

OK Goldie Locks!
