You had a chance to raise it with that B Complex coated in pudding to cover up the taste. B12 sublingual takes care of B12 and is cheaper than beef. Even if you were to eat a lot of read meat and cheese you could be like I am and unable to absorb B12 from food.

I got off the shots with the sublingual tablets. Mine is way above what is needed now. Doc laughed at my last test because it is so high. It's one thing that is ok if to high but not low.
