I'm half asleep and can't take meds til 10. Hoping once I do get to bed I don't wake up several times like I did last night. I need lots of still and quiet rest I know but it is not in my nature to not be moving. I need to go back in my posts and find out when I had the deep injections into my hips. I hope I can get them every 3 months being they will not do a replacement.
