Granny's gone and done it again

The way these peppers are cooked they don't leak the intense heat or acidity. If we were to cut them up exposing the inside of the pepper they would be a flaming torch. The membrane on the inside of the pepper is where the capsicum is stored. For spicy and hot like I like I'd slit the peppers open the long way and let the good times roll. :)
