Apples. Applesauce. Milk. Too much sugar. And heaven forbid, prunes or prune juice.I've had IBS intermittently for decades. I can not find a trigger for it. I can tank on hot and spicy Mexican or eat bland Italian pasta. Anything can get me out of bed at 2am. And why does it wait until 2am? Only in the last 2-3 years have I had episodes during the day. If I could find a trigger I could eliminate it. I know I have not been eating jagged pieces of broken glass.
