I always try to remember to take my phone with me when I go outside. If the kids are home I can call them if I fall. . If not..my neighbors will hopefully hear me yell.

I've seen them advertised. I'm afraid I would accidentally push it..or the dogs when they jump up on me.

It's an iPhone with an app that works with the phone. Comes with the phone from Apple. I don't know all the details as I just learned about it a couple of weeks ago and was in enough pain then didn't learn new stuff very well. There are several other companies that advertise fall alerts I've seen over the years. There are more out the by now I would suspect.

The iPhone app works no matter where you are. Inside the house or on the back 40 or in car accident. Not just falls even.

grocery shopping today got to me. Im frustrated. Last month I actually made it thru the month with $30. to spare. Today it was almost $400. again. I did however buy some meat. 3 packs I think.
