morning all, been up since 6.

I remember some years ago when NYC couldn't get any one to take their garbage and it sat on barges off shore for days. I don't know what they finally did with all of it but they sure had a mess on their hands.

Been awake since 5:30 but didn't get up until 7:30 ish.... Going for a morning nap now that the kids have been taken care of. It's slick as STP out there today.

The Italian mafia told the union to get back to work. At least pick up the garbage at hospitals,rest homes and other vital places.

I don't remember about the strike. All I remember is they had no place for it once they collected it. They wanted to dump it in the ocean but I think the government said no..... Maybe Wiki knows more about it. I just kind of remember something about the smell was really really bad. I don't know why I can remember things like this but not what I had for lunch yesterday.
