Kevin canceled on us because he hurt his back and Nancy cant do it either. She sounds terrible. I tokd her dont come friday either. I dont wanna risk Tom getting sick. I called dentist to change his appt. They gave him next thursday then they called back and said they dont ant to do anything til he gets that tooth pulled.
I passed up a chance to see my dr today because of his appt. Now I either go to urgent care or wait til Monday
Now I have Monday and friday appts. for myself.

We have shaved carbs now with no more fruit cake or pound cake at least until March. Home baked sourdough bread and yeast bread we do have. When I get out on the week end I'm getting a new BS reader. I just hope I don't have to give up my garlic bread.

The second loaf of the pair that were baked 2 days ago is waiting to be started on. I'm going to have a 2+ inch thick slice with plain butter on it for lunch and then an afternoon nap to let it get ready to fuel me for the rest of the day. Every afternoon out throwing scratch feed out is an adventure in Crazy.

Covid ruined the flavors for me of fresh pork, fresh beef, and fresh poultry. They all tasted like I'm guessing talcum powder. Really bad. Smoked cured pork, beef, and maybe smoked turkey it had no effect on. No effect on any beverage. I've just recently been able to enjoy a little pan fried cubed steaks made with beef and pork. Spicy fried chicken dark meat or wings beginning to come around. Never lost a taste for sweets and they even got better. Savory remained OK. I'll just be glad for things to get back the way they were.

My mom was on it for 5 years. She was going to quit it but she passed away.
