I had a bad experience with one years ago. He was way flirting. I finally walked out of a group session and he came running after me. Telling me I shouldn't stay with my husband.. at the time. Then went on telling me why. Never offered to helps us together. A year later he calls me. Starts to talk, then says, never mind, I don't know why I called. Anyway, yes, I believe a good one can help to a point. I've taken a child for some help. I have that daughter I've spoken of that is having problems. She keeps going. She is only worse after years of going. The same thing keeps being brought up and brings back bad feelings. Over and over.

It is not something you can slap yourself out of. My suggestion would be to play music you enjoy and other activities to keep you busy. That helps me.

Did you report him? He should have lost his license. If he did it to you, he was doing it to others, and who knows how far it was going.
