I have a brisket in the freezer for Christmas. Slow cooker for sure. I have juniper berries for seasoning, yum.

Juniper berries are good for UTI. and they make gin out them.

If I ever get my taste buds to working again we are going to have a standing 5 rib roast for a holiday.

Probably Christmas because the oven will help warm the house.

That’s what is sad. I have Medicare and a supplemental.. my dr tried for an authorization and they denied it. Can you guess what it would have cost them if I had been put in the hospital because they wouldn’t give me the medication. Someone is getting rich of the healthcare system.. I pay 88 dollars a month for Medicare advantage and 150 dollars a month for Medicare.

I got a phone call today. Medicare denied my MRI. What? They never have before. I had one on my head this year. Paid for. This was an automated message. Said they will send a letter and I can appeal. In the meantime, sire knee getting worse. I'll call my doc MO day and see if he'll go ahead and do the different injection. It's a gel. At least until i figure out what's going on. I know that it matters how the drs word the diagnosis. Maybe he can try again.

most of the time. Sometimes it wont pay for a medicine and the dr has to pick something else.

We have been getting more and more things denied from Medicare. Fighting with them is a lost battle. They have all the artillery.

I think the whole thing was a conspiracy.. they made so much money off the vaccine and now this medication. Who knows if it even helps. If I had the concentration I would go look for the studies.

You know me. I believe the vaccines work. I watched our President Nelson take it. That's all I needed. Bronwyn is 24 hrs fever free. And she can breath through her nose again. She missed the party today because she still tested positive but that girl had been cleaning! I'm still fine..that way. But man, I'm beat. Did too much today for the party.

Granny if it had worked out for enough family to be close around us we would have gotten a smoker/grill to do whole hogs.
