I went to my appointment yesterday, only to find it is supposed to be next week. Bull puckey! Stood there in the office as soon as I got the date and time and put it in my phone calendar.
At the ceramic studio I made a bunch of test tiles and had 2 people show up to have fun with me. So it was a pleasant evening.
Department of Highways had been out there spraying brine on the roads on my way in town( yesterday)
Tonight in my studio I made the start of a crown for king gnome!.

My cousin called me & asked if I’d loan her $300.00 so she can pay her rent. For those who know me well, you know I'm always willing to help out friends & family. I told her give me some time to think about it & I’d call her back, but then my aunt called & told me my cousin was lying & don’t give her the money. She goes on to say the real reason my cousin wants the $300.00 is so she can get her boyfriend out of jail so they could be under the same roof for his birthday. I thought about it for a minute & decided to give her the $300.00 because we all need help at times. So, I called cuzo & told her to come & get the money. A couple of hours later, I get a call from the Hagerstown County Jail & it was my cousin crying, screaming & asking why I gave her counterfeit money. My response...so you & your man could be under the same roof for his birthday!

I have 25 eggs that were shipped to me that are from silkies and 17 of my own in the incubator now that will get turned on around midnight tonight. If I turn it on before there is a danger of air bubbles messing a hatch rate up more. If I wait later I endanger the hatch rate. I think they call that being between a rock and a hard spot. Of the 17 that are from my girls some are larger than Jumbo. They are a cross between a White Jersey Giant Roo and a Jumbo Cornish Cross hen. I've been told it couldn't be done. I should have been told that it wouldn't be easy because I already have some coming out of the brooder on Sunday when the weather is nice again. They are huge babies. Legs the diameter of an adult white leghorn. I like to do stuff that I'm told I can't do.
