It’s been raining lots for SoCal here. As you can see…Kira’s been having fun with it. Braved the laundromat today. Good grief that crap has gotten expensive. 3.75/wash load and they have 25¢ driers!!! Until you realize the 25¢ only gets you three minutes of drier time. Doh. But at least you can load up multiple machines and be done quicker.

Still think I need to start a “BOUGIEMAT” up here. Comfy seats…clean machines and possibly a face working. I know, not feasible up here. But. I can dream of a comfy place to do laundry.

Well let's take the lesser of the evils and say it's the effects of medications being out of whack. That will be easy to recover from. You do not want this stuff we have. She has not been able to lay down with out coughing for 48 or more hours now.

Good Morning Granny Land. It's a whopping 31° here at the moment. We are still on track to get Ma into see a doc somewhere somehow as soon as the world opens for business today.

It is 8:30 here and we are experiencing a heat wave, 31° here right now! DH texted me on way to work, a semi is hijacked across the highway so he had to turn back. Is waiting at truck stop for road to be cleared. Freezing rain, slick roads the problem. This was on the main highway. I'm worried about the two-way he has to travel beyond that.
