We havent had a decent meal here since Nancy was here last thursday. Scale sezs I am down a few more lbs. We are eating just nothing good. I have a package of beef sausage . Im trying to decide what to do with. I want sausage and yellow rice. Robert cant eat it because the rice has bits in it and Tom dont like it but I cant think of something else to do with it.

I dont remember! haha It was wonderful. I slept from 1-8. My butt feels better. lol Woke up to 4 huge piles in the back room. We left Fawn out of her crate. Bad idea I guess. Its cold in the living room w/o the heater in here. The 2nd heater. I cant carry it back and forth so hoping it will warm up in here.

It's better already. And, I looked back at the calendar when I had the injection for my knee..last week. It's been a week. It's feeling better yesterday and today. It still buckles over but the pain isn't as bad as it's been, soo I guess that gell is working after all. I got that cream from Costco. Three tubes 38 dollars something. Hey! Glad you got some sleep!!

Larry, why are you pushing yourself so hard? Strep. covid. ribs and God knows what. Your 77 yrs old. Dont you think you could take a break?

I just got up a few ago and did 4 coops and am back inside. Wife just got back inside. Was about to search for her. Time for my antibiotic and more nap. Carry on.
