Granny's gone and done it again

I could use a nap. The boys in the kitchen are too loud
I can't take one today. Got to take the boss and go pick up oxygen before we go out of town to pain mgt Thursday. While there need to stop at Home Depot for some PT 2x4's and some OdoBan disinfectant for the incubators and brooder. Got to get back at it. Did get a gentle Delaware hen's eye doctored today and put her in a kennel so we can doctor it until well. She is such a sweet girl. She will set in my lap and sing to me for cracked corn or a scrambled egg.

This is Lilly, she is half Gypsy Vanner and half Appaloosa. She is due to foal around the first of April and is bred to a Gypsy Vanner x Arabian stallion. The stallion is inset in the picture.

Good morning Granny. We keep it between 66-68 here in the winter and up around 78-80 in the heat of the summer and during the spring and fall try to not run the system any more than possible but we still give more money than we want to to the electric supplier. Any hoot I slept for over 8 hours last night. I finally found what my problem was. When I filled my med box I left out the Gabapentin from the bedtime boxes. Last night I fell asleep with in 10 minutes and didn't move until 7:30ish this morning. Once the temp hits 50° outside I've got to bundle up and see what all is happening in the chicken world.
Bundle up..at 50? I went to get a haircut and meds for Gracie. 46 out there. No coat here. Long sleeves is good enough. Going to be 54 today. Sureal the temps this year in January. It should only be in the 30's. Teens and 20's at night.
