Do you know how to deal with sweet potatoes after harvest to acquire the best flavor? Sallypb has been experimenting with them trying to get the best flavor.

Pert I looked back at those Georgia Jet sweet potatoes and Steele says that they are their best tasting sweet potato. I may order some more and get those along with a few of the white sweet potatoes to make some chips with.

That sounds good. The cost of chips now days, that may pay off.

Tuesday I need to paint the newest coop. If I get sidetracked I can still do it Wednesday ahead of the next rains. By Monday night I better have the early garden stuff planted.
