Granny's gone and done it again

Some breeders are using American White Bresse roosters on Cornish Rock hybrids for meat birds that can now breed naturally and grow quite quickly with no leg or heart problems. Nice birds for the homesteaders.
Do you have personal experience with American White Bresse roosters, are they calm not aggressive ? My barred rock hybrid rooster attacks contractors & us. Haven't culled him cause he does protector the flock.

I don't have to poke a hole. There is a hole used to regulate the humidity already there. I use a thermopen meat thermometer also to double check the temp. I do that after using 3 mercury thermometers at the same time. If all three are the same then I know how much something else is off.
Wish I could buy a mercury thermometer

I have several White Bresse roosters and none are aggressive toward me or my wife. They don't seem to be any worse that a RIR or WR, etc during that early strong hormonal stage. I raised them from about the 3 day old age. They never were handled much at all other than catch and move from brooder and to a large hoop coop.
