one of the rooms is missing the whole storm window, screen and frame so need to see if i have another one that size around here. Also bunch of burnt out lights in the courtyard. O forget the others currently.

I may get a filter and oil at walmart and do it myself for $50. Then again if they will do it for $65 I may just not crawl underneath it.
