It is so cloudy it got dark early today. Just enough rain drops to send us to cover. Can't have seed and fertilizer out working in the rain and it looked as if it might rain. Don't think it did but we both are worn to a frazzle. For such occasions there are usually a quick fix frozen dinner in the deep freeze and tonight the chef nuked a couple of Swedish meatball and noodle ones. No complaints. Two tired to care.

Not buying a sous vide for one pack of ribs

Marinate them in your favorite sauce. cook them in the oven on 300 degrees until they are done. I have done them in the crock pot as well.

I used to boil mine til tender then into the oven with BBQ sauce for a few.
