No, they have you do a bunch of drops before and after surgery .

Just now taking a break and checking the weather radar. I looks like it is all going north of us between now and at least 10pm. A friend of mine over in Albany, GA is going to get hammered hard.

Making myself a bowl of mixed dried fruit and mixed nuts. Can use the salt after all that I have sweat out again today. Did take my potassium this morning. Will take another one next time I come in. Need to keep the ticker ticking.
