I do or I could Uber but my dad just took me to the grocery store so likely wouldn’t want to take me back out. And I could make the bin work, it’s just filthy lol but it’s fine, I laid down instead

hope you feel better after a good rest. You could still use a heating pad or even a towel soaked in some hot water.
