The sedimentation rate (sed rate) is a blood test that measures how quickly red blood cells settle in a test tube over the course of an hour. The higher the number of red blood cells that fall to the bottom, the higher the sed rate. The sed rate is also known as the erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR).
 
Nancy brought half of a huge pork loin that she made in the crock pot with bbq sauce, some fresh green beans and instant potatoes. The loin would fall apart with a fork but I had a hard time eating it. Seemed like the more I chewed the bigger it got. It had good flavor though.
Robert and Kevin chopped a tree down for me and Kevin mowed the dogs yard and went on the roof for me. He said he needs a couple tubes of calk and that all the vents need it done.
Buy a good acrylic silicone caulk. The sun won't harden it so much.and become brittle.
