I had a terrible night's sleep last night. Power kept going on and off, along with lights. Every time the power comes on, my adjustable bed flattens out. Birds singing early. Never did get to sleep. So I fell asleep on the sofa. Spent the better part of the day there. And several hours after supper too. Now , of course, I am wide awake and hungry.
