Dont they sell timers that hook up to your hose? I dont know how they work but my mom had one in Fl. and she liked it

I think their trying to knock off the seniors so they dont have to pay the SS. I thought it when covid came out too

Yes they do and they have all sorts of things for automation that I'm certified to design and install. The catch is those are for a fixed landscape. Garden plantings get moved so the crops can be rotated. Some plants require different types of irrigation. Some overhead is fine and some should be drip. Once most of this place is in berries and grapes that will be all drip and a timer will be used.

I think you are right on track. They have used our money for their on luxury vacations and now want us out of their way.
