Last Friday I called the heating oil company. I'm trying to get the oil when it's cheapest... In the summer? Any payment plans? I got myself a credit card that will give me$200 back if I spend $500 in the next 3 months. Trying to beat the system so it doesn't beat me next winter like last winter. I was still figuring out my options when I looked out the window and saw the oil delivery filling the tanks!Yikes! I hadn't ordered yet!! So they gave it at $2.00 gallon.
