Granny's gone and done it again

Someone many years before me decided is a good idea to put a fridge that makes ice cubes, a dishwasher, a washer and dryer, AND CARPET in my future kitchen. Now that it's summer, the fridge is loaded and the ice thingy doesn't want to work right and the fridge is leaking out from the bottom, you-tube tells me to pull the fridge out to get to the back panel...ugghhh!

We're needing a new fridge. The door won't shut tight unless you push it hard. I've come into the kitchen and notice its not shut tight and fridge is running. Soo, thinking its opening on its own now. Magnets that line the door have lost their grip. I told Austin that I guess we could get new strips. He says no..we need a new one. Our ice and water hasn't worked for years. Funny you mention carpet. I just bought a big throw one for our kitchen. Not as big as the one I had. It really helps the dogs not slip. It's a 4x6.

We bought our place last July. Was told the washer worked but found out the water valves were frozen so tight, I couldn't get them open with a pipe wrench. In my mind, I could just see the pipe break and water cascading over the carpet! The most frustrating thing is knowing how to do something but not have the man power to do it.

My torture chamber in Mi. had indoor outdoor carpet. I caught Tom gone bowling and ripped it up and I had bought some marine grade paint. We had the old oak tongue and groove flooring and Tom ran a CB shop from the basement. I really slathered it on. You see where this is going? All his base stations, mobiles, police scanners, you name it. And to top it off it even got in his hair. He was just a little upset. I guess he was used to me doing something crazy.
