We did have a stuffed poblano pepper and she like it. Like the flavor. They are not hot when green and make the best chili.

I want to do a Boston Butt for pulled pork that I've injected with a combination of fresh peach and jalapeno syrup.... Slow smoke it until if will be easy to use to forks to make it come apart easily.

Some onions are hot and some are like apples. Depends on the soil and the variety of onion.
