Outside work on the freezer camp birds complete for 10 of them. Had our lunch and now to prep them for chilling until tomorrow evening. I think we will keep 2 in the fridge for testing as fryer and smoking. May as well go ahead and pressure cook the old red rooster that weighed well over 10lbs for dumplings too. Then freeze most of it for later. I ran out of gas that heats the scalding water. Tuesday and Thursday we hope to process 16 more fryers. We need to empty the rooster grow out pen ASAP. The brooder kids need to take it over.
