Heat advisory 110 today, not sure what it is right now but it is mizzerble out there at the mo. We put ice bottles in the chickens' water buckets this afternoon after dumping out the warmish water and putting fresh, cool water in. Chickens were grateful and tanked up on the cool stuff.

Howdys all, wore out. what a day. We have been home an hr or so but I had to fix food and get meds and such. Talked to SD she has been moved to a different hospital. colitls for one thing so far.
My dr ran a urine on me and she said I had everything in there. Infection, sugar, protein. ect........She said Toms always shows infection but sent them both off for culture. I asked her why they keep coming. She said I may need to go to a kidney specialist. Tom already needed to go he refused.

Granny, you're killing your kidneys by not drinking WATER. Have you tried drinking it hot? Just sip it, like you would coffee. See if you can get some down that way. Or try it on ice with a straw. Same thing. Take it in sips.
