Granny's gone and done it again

Do you eat the 'rooster eggs'?😉
It's an authentic question. Growing up, my cousin's ate the 'rooster eggs'.
When the question was posed to my mom she said NO. I had to wait till I grew up to learn what they are!
but they only EVER give you 2 "eggs" the slackers

They are right up against the spine, right?

🤔 so ... how does one caponize a cockerel? Wouldn't you have to cut the bird open to do surgery?

And, no I don't think I have eaten those. If I find them when butchering I discard them. (I don't process my birds, I have them done.) But when spatchcocking a bird before cooking, I have seen these, and I assumed they were the cockerel's gonads.
thru the back. That's all I know/remember

replacing yet another Ac unit. Although I shouldn't complain of the the 3 in the past couple weeks were about 20 years old. And replacing a worn-out circuit breaker , tripped off on to many times. All the hay I am putting up from the place is raked into windrows or in the loose hay room. Not sure if Mike finished or not today. Takled to my neighbor on Thursday and getting 64 round bales delivered to my place for 65 bucks a bale. Picked up my repaired pto/drive shaft for the 3=pt tow mower so think I will try and get out there tomorrow and start mowing all the wormwood and canadian thistle cut before it starts going to see.

Pup's eyes are open and they are staggering around like a bunch of drunks. One barked yesterday and they are able to scream/cry at a LOUD and Piercing tone.
wheres the puppy pictures?
