I like ducks but I have enough on my plate as it is. I'd really like some geese to weed the gardens with. I'd like a big gander to keep strangers from pulling in to be nosy to see what we are growing and if we have cheap eggs.

One night many years ago the foreman for the department I was working in told us his gander was in deep trouble. Seems as his wife was bending way over to get a bag of groceries off the seat of the pickup their gander walked right up behind here and took a bite out of what she was showing off.
