I am three hours behind

We got the first row of tomatoes in the ground. 25 plants per row. We have 23 more plants to go and I think I counted 17 peppers. Sweet Bell peppers for making Chinese stir fry dishes. We lost a lot of plants. We should have had 75 tomatoes and 50 peppers. We will be better prepared next year.

We also sold $300 of young chickens that we hatched. Pullets and hens. Looks like we can buy peanut butter this month.

I know that homogenized milk is not recommended at all for growing kids. I read once what the problem is but don't remember.

Cow's milk is hard for an infant to digest. it doesn't have vitamin E, iron or essential fatty acids. The protein can stress their kidney's.
