Granny's gone and done it again

They got Tom to his room at 8pm. You know he was hurting from that bed in the er. I did not want to leave him there.
The beds at our ER are the same as regular hospital bed. They just wheel the bed up to floor. They looked comfortable to me. I had to sit in a hard chair for 8 hrs.

Fridge came at 3:30. They were done around 4:10. Did good getting the old out and new in. Had to take off the front door. Then Austin hooked the water connectors for the ice and water. Had to make the holes in the wall and cabinet bigger because we're using a coil line. Now it's almost cold enough to put the food back in.

Granny. So glad Tom is getting the help he needs. It sure sounds like he has some dementia..unless..the UTI is causing confusion. It can, even for folks without dementia. Nurses told me that when Scott got one while sick with Alzheimers. She said - the things we hear when folks come in sick with a UTI sometimes. Dementia or not.
My Richard gets them. Thank goodness he's OK with them.
You take care. Sounds like you are doing what you can. Do just that-what you can. Prayers.

Yes the ER bed here raises your back but leaves your legs flat. And it's HARD! I was in it for hours the other day. My butt hurt after a while. I'm always cold, too. Not fun.

Poor Tom. Sorry he's not doing well, Granny. But neither are you! Brown urine? That does not sound good at all. You must drink water! You're going to go into kidney failure!
