Thank you. when you see movies where Amish go up to the perpetrator and say, 'I forgive you.' that's not reality. They are human and like everybody else, they need time to heal. They just don't seek revenge and won't sue. Saying I forgive you is not the the same as forgiving some one. Those are just words. It's one of my pet peeves that I have a hard time getting over. My mom never said I forgive you. Why would she? The guy didn't kill her. Dad was dead, he couldn't say I forgive you. I didn't believe it's our place to say we forgive him ..... He has to ask God for forgiveness.

I understand that. Still, he had wronged her, and the family, terribly, by taking away her husband and the children's father. Perhaps he should have asked their forgiveness for that.

not water damage BUT no water going to the houses at the farm. broken pipe or fitting somewhere. To the tune of 6 gallons a minute.

good news, my homeowner's will cover up to 10 k of the repair for water on the farm BUT I have to pay the 2,00 deductable.

Big pasture is now as weed mowed/free as its safe to mow.

Bad news I think I have heat exhaustion. OR just plain worn out.

because I was mowing weeds in 90*+ weather in full sun and no breeze to speak of. Which is sort of unheard of in ND.
